Yesterday I watched Mr india...this movie has to be one of my all time favorites.The movie was really stylish for those days...the acid pool that amrish puri uses to kill his ememies,the gold,red n' green stone studded invisibility device..simply unforgettable.
Seriously who among us hasnt imitated amrish puri's finger tapping action n' Mogambo khus hua dialogue or got scandalized by sridevi's rain drenched blue sari in kaate nahi kathe song!!
I'm a hindi movie fan and a self confessed drama queen n' am proud to say that this was one of the hindi movie dialogues that I've always imitated and brought up in everyday conversations just for fun!!
Some of the other dialogues I have used..

I watched "Mungaaru Maale"- a kannada movie today...n its totally worth a watch!!
Not only is it a well made movie, the music is really good n the locations are just awesome:):)
So wanted to visit coorg, sakleshpur n jog falls after watching this movie...think I should plan a family trip soon, am sure my parents would love the place :):)

La La La....:):)
Listening to songs is the best way to spend time according to ur's truely:):)...English.Hindi,Kannada,Tamil...any language will do:)
My present favourites would have to be Barso Re from Guru and Kya Mujhe Pyar Hai from Woh Lamhe.
Barso Re ...this song has everything in it to make it a one of A.R.Rahmans best composition ...wonderful music, Shreya Ghoshal's amazing voice and super lyrics...
"geeli geeli maati, geeli maati ke aa grounde banayenge re
hari hari ambi, ambi ke daali ke joole julayenge re"
...words that reminds me of my ajji's home in mangalore immidietly:):)...the rains in mlore are relentless but the sight that greeted us when we woke up each morning was amazing...the whole garden looked green and clean...dont think I have the right words to explain the sight...it was simply amazing!!!!
Well the song sounds super and am sure it will make everyone nostalgic:)
Kya Mujhe Pyaar Hai ....the music aint the best but I think KK just nails the whole song with his super voice....the lyrics are pretty romantic just like a typical hindi movie song

...but the reason I think I like this song is 'cause bollywood seems to be having a dearth of nice hummable songs nowadays and this song is pretty much an exception:)

Lage Raho James Bhai!!!!
Ok so the title sounds confusing right...thats cause I saw both these movies during this weekend.
Both movies are a must see for any self respecting movie fan :):)
So let me start at the beginning:):)
Lage Raho Munna Bhai...now this one just cannot be missed..it is a gem of a movie which not only makes u laugh but also makes u think. Very few movies being made with this combination nowadays :)
Each n every actor has done a superb job, be it Munna n Circuit(who I think should have a movie series of his own) or Boman Irani as the mean Lucky Singh. The movie is just so ...complete:):)..well in other words I loved it!!!!Hope there is another Munna bhai movie soon:):)..though with Sanjay Dutt in jail dont see that hapenning...there could be no other Munna!!!
Coming to Casino Royale, well first n foremost---DANIEL CRAIG ROCKS....he is one of the best James Bond ever(the other being the amazing Sean Connery)
The movie as such doesnt really have a big plot or something..but it is just such a pleasure to watch that man..:):)..the way he walks, runs......as u can see i can go on and on about him:):) I am so in awe of him...he has the privilege to be right next to george clooney in my list of hunks:):) and to get a place as my screensaver:):)
Well anyways, coming to the movie...its good esp the action sequences. Will be waiting to watch the next instalment for sure.
